How to Export Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook?

SysTools Export Notes Software to Export Lotus Notes to Outlook includes only 3 to 4 simple steps. To export Lotus Notes emails, address book, journals, notes, tasks, to do list, calendars to Microsoft Outlook follow simple steps as stated below:

• Open SysTools Export Notes

Go to Start » Programs » SysTools Export Notes .
Open SysTools Export Notes, to scan your Lotus Notes NSF file to be converted to Outlook:

• Load Lotus Notes Database

Click on Browse button to select Lotus Notes Database to be converted to Microsoft Outlook.

After selecting Notes Database (.nsf), SysTools Export Notes displays following screen:

• Click Start Scan button to scan the selected Lotus Notes Database.

• SysTools Export Notes start loading Lotus Notes database file as shown below:

• SysTools Export Lotus Notes Software will display all the emails, calendar, contacts, journals, to do list in different tabs soon after scanning Lotus Notes Database file as in the screen below:
  
  
• To view emails, calendar, contacts, journals, to do list just click on the respective tabs after scanning of Lotis Notes database file.

• After reviewing emails, calendar, contacts, journals, to do list items of Lotus Notes Database , Click on Export tab to export Lotus Notes Database to Ms Outlook:

• Select or deselect the items to be converted to MS Outlook (.pst). Then choose Outlook Format. from the following screen:

• Lastly click on Start Conversion button to start the conversion of NSF File to PST file. Software will display followibg screen:

• Click on Export to Outlook Button to start exporting all the items to Microsoft Outlook.
